What is Quinoa:

Our certified organic royal quinoa is a gluten-free natural superfood that is grown 12,000 feet above sea level on the elevated mountains in a private region in Bolivia, making it the most premium quality of quinoa in the world because of the enhanced nutritional value, texture, size, and flavor. It is grown on an exclusive certified organic, chemical and pesticide-free terrain around the world’s largest salt flat, Salar De Uyuni, and can only be called “Royal” due to the unspoiled soil, crystal clear water, and the elevated cooler temperatures. It is one of the few plant foods that contain all nine essential amino acids giving it a tremendous amount of nutritional value all in one. It is USDA certified, gluten-free certified, gluten-free certified, kosher certified, and NON-GMO verified.   • USDA Organic Certified- All of our products are USDA certified organic through the national organic program which is a part of the US department of Agriculture. Which means the organic standards meet the specific requirements of all the ingredients and its content to be certified organic- meaning all of our organic operations have demonstrated protection of natural resources, conserving biodiversity, and using only approved organic substances. Not all “organic” products are truly organic unless it is certified USDA organic. There are labels that state “100% organic”, “Certified Organic”, or “Made with organic ingredients” but it still does not mean it has gone through the specific organic standards that are required through the USDA to be truly organic.
